You'll visit the Giraffe Centre, which combines serious conservation with unforgettable giraffe encounters. The elevated platform has fascinating information panels and allows you to come face-to-face with (and feed) endangered Rothschild's giraffes.

Giraffes from here have been important for re-establishing wild herds across East Africa.

Thereafter, transfer to Hyatt Nairobi Westlands for check-in, relax and unwind as you prepare for the wild exploration ahead.

Opt for a welcome dinner at the Tamarind Carnivore Restaurant.

Overnight in Nairobi. 

Depart Nairobi after breakfast and head west toward the iconic Masai Mara National Reserve.

Along the way, stop at the Great Rift Valley Viewpoint, where the cliffside drops away to reveal breathtaking, endless landscapes of the valley floor stretching to the horizon. 

In the late afternoon, set out for a cultural visit to a local Maasai Boma.

Experience traditional songs, dances, and customs firsthand and gain an authentic insight into the rich heritage and daily life of the Maasai people. Return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

After an early breakfast, set out on a full-day guided game drive through the world-famous Masai Mara National Reserve when wildlife is most active.

With a packed picnic lunch to maximise your time in the wild, traverse the expansive savannah plains and riverine woodlands.

Meanwhile, your expert guide tracks iconic species, including lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, and buffalo.

Enjoy a scenic picnic lunch under the shade of an acacia tree before heading to the Mara River to view resident hippos and crocodiles.

Return to the lodge in the late afternoon for a relaxing evening under the African sky.

After an early morning breakfast, leave behind the rolling grasslands and wildlife of the Maasai Mara as you embark on a scenic 5-hour drive towards Lake Naivasha.

Arrive at Lake Naivasha Sopa Resort in time for lunch.

Situated along the southern shores of the lake, the resort features sprawling, lush green gardens shaded by ancient acacia trees.

Spend the rest of the afternoon unwinding by the swimming pool, enjoying the peaceful views, or watching zebras, waterbucks, and giraffes freely grazing across the manicured lawns before dinner and overnight.

Set out early for an adventure in Hell's Gate National Park, one of Kenya's most dramatic landscapes and one of the few national parks where you can explore on foot or by bicycle.

Walk or ride alongside grazing zebras, giraffes, and gazelles framed by towering red obsidian cliffs, sheer rock towers, and steaming geothermal vents.

Head back to Lake Naivasha Sopa Resort for a delicious lunch.

In the late afternoon, take to the water for an intimate boat excursion across Lake Naivasha.

Glide past pods of wallowing hippos and keep your eyes peeled for over 400 species of birdlife, including the impressive African Fish Eagle swooping down to hunt.

As the golden hour fades, return to the resort for a warm dinner and a cosy evening under the African sky.

Begin your day bright and early with a smooth Transfer by Road from Lake Naivasha Sopa Resort to the Nairobi SGR Terminus to board the SGR to Mombasa.

Upon arriving at the Mombasa SGR Terminus, take your comfortable Transfer by Road straight to the coast toward Chale Island, where, upon arrival at your tranquil beach hideaway, settle into your accommodation at The Sands at Chale Island, and fall asleep to the gentle sound of waves lapping against the shore

Today, after a relaxed breakfast, check out from this paradise and begin your journey to Nairobi with a seamless transfer for your afternoon train from Mombasa SGR Terminus.

Upon arrival at Nairobi Terminus, another seamless transfer for your international flight back home.
